As-Salaamu Alaikum Ramadan Mubarak! 

With the arrival of this blessed month, we thank Allah for the opportunity to fast, to pray, and to give. Ramadan is a time when hearts soften, intentions renew, and communities rise together in obedience and service.

 

This year, we begin Ramadan with a united and focused effort: the Salaam Square Vision 70 – Ramadan Capital Campaign. Our goal is to raise $300,000 in 30 days to complete Phase III of our renovation plan—strengthening the visible face of our masjid and advancing the long-term vision for community life.

 

We are approaching this campaign with discipline and clarity. The month is structured into three 10-day sprints, each with a goal of $50,000 in individual contributions, matched dollar-for-dollar by committed Muslim business owners. That means every $1 given becomes $2 toward the future of our masjid.

 

By the grace of Allah, our first $50,000 match for the first 10 days has been committed. This gives us immediate momentum during these opening days of mercy.

 

The first 10 days of Ramadan are known as the days of mercy. Let us respond to Allah’s mercy by strengthening His house. Let us give with sincerity, confidence, and trust that what we place forward will be returned to us in ways seen and unseen.

 

I am asking every household to make a meaningful contribution during these first 10 days. Whether large or modest, give with intention. Give early. Give consistently. And encourage others to do the same.

 

May Allah accept our fasting, our prayers, and our charity. May He allow this Ramadan to be a turning point for our community and a source of lasting reward for generations to come.
